Tippy's Nite of Terror!

He was naughty last nite and managed somehow to get outside!!! I didn't know he was missing..and while sitting at the computer last nite...I heard strange noises coming from the side of the house.. and I thought TJ's friends were coming thru the side gate and into the house.
But no one was there!!!
I freaked a little (cuz Tim is outta town)..and naturally, I got a little scared!
I called TJ downstairs..and had him go out to investigate..and no one/ nothing was there!
THEN.. before I went to bed...while tidying up the kitchen..i heard SCRATCHING at my Kitchen window!!!!!!!
Ohhhh my goddddd... I was SO FREAKED! so I turned on ALLL the lights..and then realized I hadn't seen Capt. Tippy in a while. I went to the back door.. and peeked between the blinds..and SURE ENOUGH! There he was!!! THE STINKER!! Outside!!!! That musta been him clawing at the side of the house..at my computer room window trying to get in then!!
GOSHHHH!!!!
So Tippy's "grounded" today lol and Im a wee bit angry at him for sneaking out! I think he knows it...as he's been very affectionate this morning..and wanting all of my attention! So i snapped his pic :)

I don't get nearly enough time to indulge in my "blog world" as I once did. I haven't checked in for awhile....Tippy has grown!! He looks quite like my tiger cat "Bonzo".

If you get a chance, stop by my blog. I've got a contest going today and tomorrow for two free ACEO prints.

OMG I thought I was the only one to "ground" my cats!!!!! Good thing about indoor cats--they come home quickly because they are SO spoiled *hehehe--they know the good life they have!

Happy Holidays!

Oh my goodness ... I would have been scared out of my witts, too!!!

Naughty Tippy ... doesn't he know there isn't ANYTHING outside worth venturing out after in this COLD?! LOL!

My two boys (not the girl, go figure!) have both snuck out once before, too. They don't stay out there long ... I don't think they realize what a big and scary world it is out there. ;)

Glad Tippy is back safe and sound ... hopefully you settled down and slept okay after all that excitement!!!

xo,
Dana

Just found your blog via a few others - LOVE your work! And OMG, Tippy looks almost exactly like my Arthur (ginger cats are so full of mischief, lol) - Glad he's safely home again...

Anyway, hope it's OK, I've just added your link to my blog. :)

Wishing you a happy and creative holiday season!

Boy, you've got your hands full with this lil' feller Sami. Thanks for stoppin' by my blog. Whew! I'm glad to know I'm not the only Stewie fan out there. Man, he cracks me up! My favorite line was when he asked Brian to shave his "coin purse." :> ) That show is so warped but hubs and I sit there and laugh our butts off.
Take care and have a merry Christmas!
